1. 120g cake flower
2. 5ml baking powder
3. 3ml salt
4. 125ml water or milk
5. 1 egg
6. cooking oil
mix the dry ingredients together . mix the egg and the water or milk with the dry ingredients till a soft doe. then just deep fry the doe in the cooking oil.

1. Mix 3 cups of flower / self raising flower,4 tea spoons baking powder and a1/2 tea spoon salt.
2. Rub in 3 desert spoons margarine with you fingers.
3. Eeat 1 egg in a cup and fill the rest of the cup with milk and mix with the flour/butter mix.
4. Press on a flat service and squeeze out round scones with a round glass the size you want.
